At Haricot Vert, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition pieces and intimate apparel are final sale to ensure the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
